Okey! Here is some information for our international readers!

GREP is a small demoparty that is going to be held this winter
in Sweden. This will be the fourth GREP-party in history. It's
a multiplatform party with a main focus on the Amigascene.

If you for some reason would like to attend GREP 2006 and
do not understand the Swedish language contact the crew and
we will try to give you some helpful information.

If you rather stay at home and only take part in the compos
just check out the compolist below and start working.

Demo/Intro

  • All platforms (Use compohardware or bring your own)
  • Reasonable filesize

Music

  • Fourchannel
    • Max four channels
    • Max size 901120 bytes (880 kB)
    • Only MOD-format
  • Chip
    • It's supposed to sound like chipmusic
    • Max four channels
    • Max size 32768 bytes (32 kB)
    • MOD, SID, Gameboy and others
  • Wild
    • Everything that does not fit in the above music compos
    • Exemple: Multichannel, mp3, executable, liveperformance

Graphics

  • Pixel
    • The picture must be created in the old fashioned way
    • No conversions from high-resolution images
    • Max resolution 320x256
    • Max 32 colours
    • IFF, GIF, PNG, executable (for C64)
  • Wild
    • All kinds of graphics that does not fit in the pixel compo
    • Exemple: Photoshop-drawings, AGA-pictures, 3D-modelling

Wild

  • Everything that does not fit in some other compo
  • We prefer stuff made with computers or in some other way computerrelated
  • Exempel: Animations, computerprograms, homemade hardware, skateboardvideos

If some entry is very unserious we might even disqualify it!
